Objective

In response to COVID-19 and travel restrictions, the Renewable Energy Buyers Alliance (REBA) challenged us to reimagine their in-person Member Summit and convert it to a virtual experience that was interactive and fun for their attendees.







Alignment

From strategy to content development, event management, registration management, virtual production, platform selection and technology management. Set up Virtual Presentation Studios in 2 separate rooms for an enhanced streaming experience and interaction between both and the remote audience. Coaching for the presenters and individual production kits to guarantee speakers had optimal lighting and equipment.


Outcome

Because the event was specifically designed to be shared and continuously live on-demand, it made it easier for individuals to amplify through their channels and the press to take notice. Forbes shared it to their outlet’s readership, which is roughly 36,122,993, and resulted in 910 shares which is the ad equivalent of ~$67,900. REBA increased their digital audience by 268 new followers with a 1.81% average engagement rate, which for a newly established membership organization, is a significant increase.
