+Can I sell tickets and take payments via Encore RSVP?
Cvent Registration and Bizzabo are platforms that support ticketing and payments. If you have a subscription, the Encore Digital Production team can provide support services. Ask your Encore representative or contact us to learn more.
+Can I limit who can sign up and stop people from gatecrashing?
Yes. The settings within Encore RSVP can be configured to:
  1. Allow anyone in the world
  2. Only allow those with emails from a specific domain
  3. Only allow those on an invitee list that you upload

This ensures you can limit attendees to only those on your guest list.
+How do I set up an event using Encore RSVP?
You’ll receive a link to your instance. Log in to the platform and navigate through the creation sections starting with the page builder and registration form creator. Enter essential details such as event name, date, and location. Customize the registration form to collect specific information from attendees. Once configured, your site will be live and ready for your guests to respond to your invitation.
+How do I send invitations to my ‘invitees’?
You can send the unique Encore RSVP URL to your attendees via email, or use the built-in guest list management tool and mailer. Editable templates are available for “Save the Date,” “Reminders,” and “Joining Instructions,” but you can also create your own emails for bulk or individual communications.
+What questions can I ask using the registration form?
Encore RSVP requires attendees to respond and uses their email as a unique identifier. Mandatory fields include title, name, role, and company. You can add text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons to collect specific information.
+How does the check-in process work for attendees on the day of the event?
Organizers can use the check-in tool to mark attendees as they arrive. The system includes search and filter functionality and allows updates or walk-in guest additions.
+Can I track and manage attendee data using the tool?
Yes. Organizers can access real-time data on registrations and check-in status, send reminders via the onboard mailer, and export attendee lists to Excel for reporting.
+Is the tool secure, and how is attendee data protected?
