Objective
Ensure that this dance competition embodied the same competitive and energetic spirit as previous years while maintaining social distance and ensuring maximum cleanliness for participants. From dancers ranging from 4 to 50 years old, esteemed judges, and eager audience members, the PSAV team had to keep everyone safe and distanced while still crafting a positive and polished experience.
Alignment
Applied MeetSAFE™ Guidelines for physical distancing, equipment cleaning, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for technical team and attendees.
Moved event to a larger ballroom to make sure distancing guidelines were upheld.
Took temperatures of technicians and attendees alike as well as monitored mask usage.
Outcome
Attendees felt safe and welcomed knowing that social distance guidelines were followed, and they could focus on the topic presented. More people attended than what was expected resulting in a successful live networking event.
