The Challenge
Being a tour that takes place in 4 different venues, time is a challenging factor since everything is worked against the clock, as the events are held continuously: one city per day from Tuesday to Friday. Therefore, an impeccable logistics must be coordinated so that once the first city is finished and the event is running, the team moves to the next city, to do tests, rehearsals, prepare the team and all the necessary logistics so that the next day is also a success.
The scenic was another challenge since it had to maintain the quality, the visual aspect and adapt it to the different venues, capacities and sizes of the spaces.
Oscar faced the challenge of leading different teams to overcome every obstacle in his way, making it all happen with great success… How did he do it?
The Solution
The tour is so important to our client that it is planned a year in advance so that there is timely planning and excellent communication between the client and the Encore Mexico team.
In order for the scenic to be functional and aligned with the image of the tour in all the venues, a scenic proposal was made with environmentally friendly materials, recycling some elements to be used in the different events.
Oscar worked on the unification of the way of working, to standardize the service with the different operational teams at each site and thus align all efforts to the same objective to achieve a high level tour.

The Result
The client has been very satisfied for 6 consecutive years where Oscar has led this great project resulting in extending a thank you and congratulations to the entire team and getting the contract renewed to enhance one more year in 2024 this great tour of work.
