The Challenge
Esmeralda listened to the couple’s requests and compiled every detail to execute the event to their wishes and dreams; however, at the last moment, an operational challenge arose with alternate events that were happening simultaneously at the beach and ballrooms, which hindered the producer in charge from executing the event detail by detail on the big day of the couple’s event. There was a sense of tension, since our customers’ expectations were a top priority, and we were committed to delivering on every magical detail as planned.
The Solution
Esmeralda, who at that time was working as a sales manager, had extensive knowledge and involvement in the operation since several virtual meetings were previously organized with the couple and the staff to review all the details and get everything ready for the production of the event; By assuming the role of producer, she offered support to the team, giving them the confidence to be able to execute each of the special moments according to the detailed marriage program. The event was a big success thanks to the experience and skills of the team certified and trained in performing equal weddings.
